Order Processing Time:

  • Our standard order processing time is 3-5 business days. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare and pack your items before they are shipped out.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available options and estimated delivery times will be presented during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are either a fixed rate, or calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping costs before completing your purchase at the checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the arrival date.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship within Canada only. For any questions or assistance, please contact us.

International Shipping:

  • We are currently not shipping orders internationally. For any questions or assistance, please contact us.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet the specified processing and delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. In case of an error, please contact us. Please note that we can only correct the shopping address if the order has not been prepared or shipped out yet.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

  • If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Returns

  • All sales are final. However, if your order is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will evaluate the situation.
